This website is operated by Cocotte. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Cocotte.

By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 Payment terms

All our prices are in AUS dollars inclusive of GST.
We accept payment by credit card, using Stripe through Shopify payments, complying with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. 
Until payment is submitted in full and cleared, we will not dispatch your order.
In the event that the payment does not clear, the order will be cancelled and we will be in contact with you.

 Once you have submitted your payment details, we will process your order and you will receive an email confirming your purchases with your invoice attached. 

You will always receive your invoice by email. If you wish to receive a printed version of your invoice, please email us using the contact form or use the comment box during checkout.

Shipping and Delivery

We try our best to process your order on the day of purchase.

Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working day of when we receive it.
We ship Australia wide using Australia Post, registered post.
Shipping fees are calculated using the size and weight.
You should receive your order between 1-7 business days.

All parcels are traceable and you will receive a tracking number by email from Australia post following the dispatch of your item.

If you have not received your parcel within 7 business days, please contact us and we will investigate.

Please insure that the information you provide to us are accurate and up to date.

If our delivery service isn’t able to locate anyone living at your address, it will still constitute delivery.

We are not liable for any loss, damage or theft occurring to the goods during and after delivery.

 Return and exchange

 At Cocotte, we want you to be happy with the items you are purchasing.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products and we endeavour to give you the best descriptions, including imperfections related to the hand-crafted nature of a product.  However we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 5 business days of receiving your item with your order details. 

Our products are handmade and can present some irregularities. Should the product you order be faulty, you may apply for an exchange or a refund. Any returns will have to be sent back at the customer's expenses, preferably with registered post as Cocotte will not take responsibility for loss of the return item.

You will receive your refund once your item has been sent back.

Please be aware that all our products are made in limited production so we cannot guarantee it will be available to you again in the event of an exchange.

As a consequence, we urge you to make sure you are happy with your choice .

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of our products.

 Cocotte manages your personal details in accordance with Australian law.

By making a purchase on our site, you agree to provide some personal information such as your name, address, email address and credit card details. We agree not to disclose such information to any third party and we use secure system to prevent unauthorized access to such personal information.

 When you sign up to our newsletter, you agree to receive news and updates to the email address provided. This email address is kept by Cocotte for internal use only. You can unsubscribe anytime to this newsletter.

 Cocotte’s website uses cookies in order to improve your online experience. No personally identifiable information is contained in these cookies but if you wish for your browser not to have cookies, you can disable them in your preferences.
